The App (for Hotel Guests)
Find the App in the Stores.
The Gong is available for both iOS & Android.
Sign Up. One time registration is required. This is necessary to identify The Gong's users anytime.
Scan & Go. Once in the hotel room, guests will find a unique QR code, they just need to scan it (with the app) and wait a few seconds for the hotel to validate them, in order to use the app until checkout.
The Checkout Process
As we mentioned before, The Gong is an alternative and complementary way to make requests.
At checkout process an operator must look into the system and will get a detailed lists of requests made by the users (those made thru The Gong).
Guests can also check into the their App for double check.
The Gong will not charge users in anyway, all payments are defined at the checkout moment by the Hotel.
